comp/stars.json is reproduced exactly, including tuple order, from d3-celestial data/stars.6.json with these transformations:
1. Keep properties.mag <= 4.6.
2. Convert negative right ascension to [0,360) degrees by adding 360.
3. Round right ascension and declination to three decimal places.
4. Extract [rightAscension, declination, magnitude] tuples.
5. Stable-sort ascending by magnitude.

Observed comparison: 1018/1018 exact tuple matches; 0 missing; 0 extras; entire ordered JSON arrays identical. This establishes a fully reproducible d3-celestial source for the accepted catalog, not merely a tolerance match. It does not independently establish who originally generated the comp asset.
