We're David and Tasha Wolf. We've been together for almost 30 years, married since 2000. We bring real estate and lending under one roof, so the home, the price, the loan and the timing become one plan.
How we got here
From Calgary, in the middle of winter
We packed up in Calgary, in the middle of winter, with Tasha pregnant, and drove south so David could go to law school. One year in, he knew it wasn't for him.
He had his California broker license just as the market went sideways in 2005 and 2006. So he went back to what had paid his way through college: computers, servers, and an alphabet soup of Microsoft certifications. Then he came back to real estate and lending, because that's the work he loves.
Tasha spent those years homeschooling our two daughters. Around 2016 she joined the business, and she's been part of every move since.
Who does what
A people person and a librarian
David works the deal. He takes the calls, negotiates, structures the financing and connects the pieces: price, payment, offer, timing. He's the people person with the licenses on both sides of the table.
Tasha keeps the plan honest. She's at the showings and listing appointments. Behind the scenes she handles pricing research, paperwork and the details everyone else misses. Call her the librarian of the operation.

The fun part
Yes, we're those people
- Disney adults. We've had Disneyland passes for most of our years in SoCal (Magic Keys now). It's outdoors, open late, and there's always something to do. That's where the castle photos come from.
- Nerds, unapologetically. The sky on this site follows the real sun, moon and stars. The lighthouse, the coaster and the Ferris wheel are each a nod to family. Tap around; there are a few surprises.
- Temecula Talk. David runs Temecula Talk, a local Facebook group with 130,000+ neighbors. If something's happening around town, he's probably heard about it.
- Fig. Our cat, who supervises from the desk.
- Lettuce. Tasha is currently growing hydroponic lettuce. The salad kind.
